Roger S. Gottlieb

Professor of Philosophy Roger S. Gottlieb is the award winning author or editor of 21 books of philosophy, religious studies, environmentalism, and contemporary spirituality. Morality and the Environmental Crisis received “the book most likely to save the planet” award from Independent Publisher and was semi-finalist for the Siskiyou Prize for new environmental literature. His short story collection Engaging Voices won a Nautilus Book Award; as did Spirituality What it Is and Why it Matters, which was also called a “best book of the year” by Spirituality and Practice. He is the recipient of the Prophetic Witness Award from Massachusetts Interfaith Power and Light.His website.
