Help #StopKavanaugh

Millions of women and survivors are daring to share their horrifying stories of abuse and harassment to help ensure that Judge Brett Kavanaugh does not obtain a lifetime appointment to the U.S. Supreme Court. Through our tears, rage, and horror, we speak and shout and demand to be heard and valued – to matter. And slowly we are being heard. We must continue. As the FBI investigation unfolds, we need to put pressure on Senators to do the right thing.

Wednesday evening Oct. 3 there were over a 100 vigils across the country to demand that the U.S. Se nate stops Judge Kavanaugh’s nomination for a lifetime to the U.S. Supreme Court. Here are the details:

#StopKavanaugh VigilsFor those of you in or near DC, there is a massive march Oct. 4  from Kavanaugh’s current courthouse to the Supreme Court to make sure he doesn’t get there!

In addition to attending these actions, it is absolutely critical to call your Senators and demand that they vote NO on Kavanaugh. You can reach your Senator’s office by calling(202) 224-3121. The following Senators are key votes and are still unsure as to how they will vote. Your call can make a difference.

Jeff Flake (R), Arizona
Lisa Murkowski (R), Alaska
Susan Collins (R), Maine
Heidi Heitkamp (D), North Dakota
Joe Manchin (D), West Virginia
Dean Heller (R), Nevada

From Dr. Christine Blasey Ford to Ana Maria Archila and Maria Gallagher, the two women who confronted Senator Jeff Flake in an elevator last Friday, to the women who confronted Senator Mitch McConnell at an airport, and countless others––women are refusing to be silent any longer. Their actions and courage inspire us all.

We all want a more loving and just world and we have a powerful opportunity to demonstrate that yearning in our calls and actions in the streets. We hope you’ll join us.
