Jorge M. Cino was a web editorial intern at Tikkun Daily [Fall 2010], and a writer of fiction and nonfiction. Born and raised in Buenos Aires, Argentina, he moved to the Bay Area six years ago to complete a BA in media studies at San Francisco State University. He has just finished his MFA in creative writing at University of San Francisco, where he was also a research assistant in the Departments of Sociology and Art, and a teaching assistant in the Department of English. He has a strong passion for storytelling, social justice, philosophy, and religion, and hopes to become a leading ethical voice in the LGBT and immigrant Latino communities.
