		<description>I truly have no idea what I&#039;m talking about, being a Canadian, Michael -- but it seems to me that the NSP can always be more effective inside than outside. At the very least there is an audience who will listen. 

We have the idea that the Navi&#039;im &quot;Prophets&quot; somehow spoke to vast audiences. The evidence as I understand it suggests that the Navi&#039;im spoke among themselves in the scribal and prophetic workshops/academies attached to the Temple -- where a captive (if not always receptive) audience was gathered. The audience automatically included priests and royals.

I say be among the prophets in the workshop attached to the Temple of Governance or the Temple of Commerce.</description>
