A TIKKUN-BOSTON PASSOVER CELEBRATION!
Sunday, May 1, 2005, 2:00-5:00 pm
"When Israel went out of Egypt...The sea
saw and fled; the Jordan turned backwards. The mountains danced like
rams and the hills like kids!" (Psalm 114)
The last day of Pesach/Passover is a time of great love and faith(fulness), transcendence and healing transformation.
Join Boston Tikkun's End-of-Pesach Feast to celebrate and draw strength from the wonder of a safe crossing through turbulent waters.
At a private home in Somerville (RSVP for details), we will break matzah together over a yummy 5-course kosher-for-Passover Festival Meal catered by an extraordinary local chef, and we will re-enact the splitting of the sea on that day. (What did the sea perceive that made it flee?)
Limited space is available - first-come, first-served!
Deadline for reservation: Monday, April 25.
Call Josh at 617-591-0236 to reserve & get event & payment addresses.
Cost: Sliding Scale, $20 to $30 (maximum $50 per household).
(Payment must be received by 5:00pm Wednesday, April 27.)
